| Search appropriate hotels for you. |

You should go to our Home page or click on ‘Accommodation'. Use ‘Hotel search form' to search and view a list of available hotels. Within the search fields enter the dates you are planning to stay in Prague . Hotel category, location and price fields are optional. If you are not satisfied with options you can use ‘Advanced search form' clicking on ‘more options' and specify amenities. |

| Choose hotel |

| After clicking on ‘Search' in the ‘Hotel search form' a list of all available hotels for your requested stay will appear. You can see a short description of the hotel with picture and basic details as: price for selected days, address, location, hotel category. If you want to see more details, just click on the picture or ‘more info'. |

| Once you have found the hotel of your choice, click on ‘Book it‘, either from a list of hotels or from Hotel detail page. |

| Set dates |
| |
Review the dates and the number of nights you have chosen before. If you want to change the arrival and departure dates click on ‚change dates‘. |

| Number of rooms |
| |
| Choose number of rooms. After you select at least one room, choose number of adults and children in the room. Please read carefully children policy down the price table. The price includes all taxes and fees. |

| Checking details |
| |
| Click on ‘Continue' button and you will get to Review page. Here you should check all details of your stay, especially arrival and departure dates, type and number of rooms, number of adults and children and look carefully at the hotel policies. |

| Payment details |
| |
| ‘Continue' to Personal and Payment details page. Fill in person's name who will be staying in the hotel (it may be different from person providing payment details). Next, type email address, that is very important, because we need a contact to send you a confirmation email. Next provide payment information and finally you can write us any special requests concerning your stay in Prague ( specific room type, location) . |

Before you click on Make Reservation button, please read carefully Prague-Tourism.com Booking terms and conditions. After clicking on the button your booking process will be complete for now. |

| When you click the 'Book Now' button, we instantly receive your booking request and our reservation agents call immediately to your requested hotel to get confirmation that the room(s) is available and to arrange your special requests. |

| Confirmation email |

| When we receive the confirmation from the hotel, a confirmation email is being sent immediately to email address you provided us. The whole booking process should be finished within minutes of you clicking the ‘Book Now' button. |

| The email will include your reservation reference number, all necessary detail of your stay (dates, room details, rates, hotel phone number and address, hotel's location). |

| Note: You can whenever check the status of your booking request through My Reservations page. You can find link to this page upside on left menu of the Prague Tourism Homepage. You will find there also all necessary details of your stay stated above. |

| Cancellation |

| If you want to cancel a lodging reservation, go to My Reservations page, login and cancel the reservation, or s end an e-mail message from e-mail address that you send us during booking process on the address bookings@prague-tourism.com . You will receive confirmation e-mail about change or cancellation of your reservation. In most cases t he cancellation must be done no less than two days prior to your scheduled arrival. |
