| How long will it take to confirm my booking? |
| Your booking confirmation from Prague-Tourism.com should be with youwithin twelfe hours or within twenty minutes of making a booking during Prague Tourism office opening hours (9-18 GMT Mon-Fri). We try to process your booking request within shortest time, but some reasons may delay the process (public holidays and time zone differences). Sometimes it might take longer, but if you do not receive your confirmation within a one day during Prague Tourism office opening hours, then please do contact us. You can check the status of your booking request, through My Reservations page. You can find link to this page upside on left menu of the Prague Tourism Homepage. |

| Can I use two different credit cards to book a room? |
| Only one card at a time may be used to guarantee a reservation. |

| How do I change or cancel a booking? |
Reservation can be changed or canceled according to each hotel's rules and restrictions. Some properties impose penalties, such as one night's stay, if you cancel your reservation within a certain number of days before your scheduled check-in date. Other properties charge a small penalty for changes made any time after a room is booked.
If you want to cancel a lodging reservation, go to My Reservations page , login and cancel the reservation. You can change (dates, hotel etc.) your reservation or cancel reservation by sending an e-mail message from e-mail address that you provided us during booking process on the address bookings@prague-tourism.com . You will receive confirmation e-mail about change or cancellation of your reservation. In most cases the cancellation must be done no less than two days prior to your scheduled arrival. |

Are rates published on your accommodation site per room or per person? |
All rates published on our accommodation site are per room if not otherwise stated. |

Are there any other charges such as additional taxes? |
All prices given for accommodation, guided tours and airport transfers include the taxes (5%-19% VAT) and fees. There are absolutely no hidden charges.
But remember that most of the rates shown in Euros or US Dollars on our site are converted from fixed prices in Czech Koruna according to the current exchange rate. |

Do children stay for free? |
Each hotel establishes its own rate policies but in general hotels do not charge for children under 12 that stay in their parent's room using the existing bedding. The information is stated on each hotel's detail page and during booking process as well. |

Is it possible to pay for the room with cash instead of with a credit card? |
Yes it's possible, but we need your credit card details to guarantee the booking. |

| Can I specify where I would like my room located or any other requests? |
| Requests for a specific room type or should be noted in the special requests section on the reservation form. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. |
