Through its activities Prague Tourism Agency doesn't offer overnight accommodation or guided tours of its own, but acts as agent for such services on behalf and for the account of third companies, the so called service providers. When making reservations through Prague-Tourism.com, you are entering into a contract with this service providers (hotel, travel operators), not with Prague Tourism Agency. Prague Tourism Agency is not a tour operator. |

3. All successful accommodation bookings shall be deemed to have been concluded when a confirmation email is sent to customer by Prague-Tourism.com.
If customer doesn't receive the confirmation within a one working day, then he should contact Prague Tourism Agency. |

| 4. If not otherwise stated, your credit card will not be charged at the time of reservation, full payment is usually made upon checkout. It is even possible to pay by cash or by another credit card when leaving hotel. Credit card information is required in order to guarantee your reservation if other was not specified. |

5. Reservation can be changed or canceled according to each hotel's rules and restrictions. Some properties impose penalties, such as one night's stay, if you cancel your reservation within a certain number of days before your scheduled check-in date. Other properties charge a small penalty for changes made any time after a room is booked.

| 6. When arriving at the hotel, the name that has been filled in ‘Who's staying' section of booking form, will be your reference at the hotel. Not the person who provided credit card details or your reference number. |

| 7. All prices given for accommodation, guided tours and airport transfers include all taxes (VAT and local taxes). Any additional services, including telephone calls, drinks etc. will be automatically added to your bill when leaving the hotel. |

| 8. Prices are fixed in Czech Koruna, the prices in Euros or US Dollars on our site are converted from Czech Koruna according to the current exchange rate. Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. |
